I haven't downloaded from my UV-5r for quite some time but today I downloaded the latest version of Chirp, plugged in the cable and I get the following error thrown up by Chirp - "could not open port COM3: [Error 2] The system cannot find the file specified."
.. and this error for the port in Device Manager of Windows 10 .. "This device cannot start. (Code 10)
{Not Enough Quota}
Not enough virtual memory or paging file quota is available to complete the specified operation." Previously I've had no problems.
I rebooted hoping to free up any previously locked memory and got the same result. My computer is an HP Probook 4540s with 8gb ram. The paging file is set at 1905mb which is windows recommended size.
What do I do now?
