Hmmm.. then it seems the following "Step 1: Download contents from the radio" section should be amended for Icom users:

Why? Almost all the radios support initiation from the PC side. The instructions look correct to me, with the call-out for Yaesu radios which require extra work. Many of the Yaesu drivers also prompt with model-specific instructions now, by the way.
