A recent addition to our radio club is looking for something to get him
on the local repeaters. Woxun and Baofeng come to my mind as good
starter radios that don't cost much and work reasonably well. Which HTs
would you recommend based on ease of programming, with Chirp of course,
reliability, and low cost? Thanks!
