[chirp_users] uv5r/send to radio

i have found that ocassionally, while trying to send to radio, i get a failed condition on first try. second try works normally not a problem now, but was distracting when first occured. thought i was no doing something properly. this is with plug fully seated, and downloads from radio properly.

try try again?
