I believe they had contacted the factory and commissioned their production.  It is not the 2m/70cm one that's been flashed but

purpose built.

Chirp shows the 2m and 1.25m bands although I had to hit the proper checkmark in Chirp to get access to 220.  Kurt KC9LDH
