[chirp_users] CHIRP 0.2.1

Hi all,

As planned and promised, I just posted 0.2.1 on the website for download. This release contains only the bare minimum of fixes against 0.2.0. The new version is available on the download page and the details are documented in the news item on the site:

Note that if you're running on the current daily builds then what you have is *newer* than this build. The intent of the maintenance releases are just to get fixes to users of the regular version more often.
