Hi Folks,

I’m running a MacBook Pro using OS 10.12.5.  I’ve received three different radios along with USB to BaoFang connection cables.

Hello  Jeff

I am using a Mac mini with Chirp with a few radio one is the UV-5R first thing I plug in the USB cable ( USB -02)  and radio setting it to VFO mode volume almost full then click on chirp program after clicking on Radio Button on top menu then  Download from radio up comes a box then I set it to as Per Photo

hope this helps if you get an error before you get this far I my self would reinstall the software and check the usb cable is plugged in well
