[users] Radtel RT-12?

Hello,

I'm trying to find a way to program the Radtel RT-12 with Chirp. The compatibility list says that the Radtel RT-10 can be programmed as a Retevis RT22, so maybe there a similar solution for Radtel RT-12 as well. I have not found a solution for this.
