Sorry for the delay on getting this to you. Attached is the entire set of changes Marco has made in a single patch. This should apply on top of the current tree and add all of the fixes he has. If you could test and let us know, we'd appreciate it.

If you do get a successful download, please send me your .img file so I can take a look at it as well.
