gtk-mac-integration has an API for setting the OS X Dock icon but it isn't called; the application bundle doesn't need it, but command-line invocation does.

This patch uses a function added in my earlier patch for #4487.

In the future, if you can send these inline (or with a mimetype of text/plain) that makes it a lot easier to review and reply. The patchbomb extension does that for you right from hg, if you haven't found it yet.
