I'm confused by the issues list. There's a gap in serial continuity in the numbering of tickets. Is that due to the "number assignment factory" in the website software? Or are there real tickets that have existed, been reviewed somehow, and permanently dropped?

The reason I ask, is that I have coded a solution to handle some issues with stock config files, and I'm trying to work my way through the developer processes for pushing this up for review. My first step was to locate the ticket that spurred my effort. I recall having read a ticket, I believe it was a bug report, somewhere around the date range and number range of the #7739 "Help Please" ticket, around 03/30/2020 or newer. The ticket I was looking for dealt with these type of key words: [ FRS, csv, incomplete, 'missing entries' ] regarding stock configuration files. I'm not able to find it.

I do see an older ticket #6079 which is close to the issue. Perhaps I read that ticket and just have a different recollection.
