I've spent just a little bit of time to update and complete a patch uploaded earlier to #1003 http://chirp.danplanet.com/issues/1003. The attached changeset adds support for the Icom IC-7100. Let me know if you need any additional information or if this isn't the proper protocol for submitting a patch.
