I was able to capture the USB traffic, and I have pcap files of a read and a write with the original software for Windows from Radioddity.

I can't find BAUD READ or WRITE strings in my captures.

Even though I don't have this radio, I downloaded and installed this software. Using my serial serial port capture software while attempting a download revealed that the speed is 9600.
