[chirp_devel] ID-31A Loses part of label

Team,
I just bought an ID-31A and found that Chirp loses the first 4 letters of the label upon download from HT. Icom's CS31 sees the label OK. Anyone seen this? Ideas, or file as a bug?

File as a bug and I'll look at it. I've got an ID-31 here and should be able to reproduce and fix.
