I see that the patches I submitted are merged. I feel like I need to do something with the issues in the tracker, but I’m not sure what. Could someone please provide some guidance?

Yeah, I just added you as a developer so you should be able to close them. Note that if you put "closes" or "fixes" in front of the #nnn bug number it'll happen automatically :)
