Can you include a bug number in here? I would apply, but the commit hook won't let me without a bug :)

Ticket #1947 is the number. I worked for IC-P7 (JP model) but that ticket is for IC-P7A (US model), maybe no problem.

I am testing CHIRP on OpenBSD-6.0/amd64. I found a PC->TRX data transmision problem, and the issue be opened on bug tracking system.
