Apparently Hotmail is blocking the incoming confirmation mails from chirp_dev, so I'm resending my backlog of patches from a gmail account instead.

I noticed an another patch came through for ft-60 memory banks. Did anyone confirm if it worked through channel 999?

Hopefully this gets through - it looks like my previous patches may not have made it the list.

This passes tests with banks enabled for the FT60, and my manual testing:

- Confirmed various channels 1-999 can be added to one or more banks

- " removed from one or more banks

- Downloaded/uploaded from radio - contents match in CHIRP after round trip

- Radio scans banks wonderfully now

There is another issue with the bank UI that I'll submit a separate patch for. It seems to only display channels 1-998, not 999. I have a patch but I think that one can go in separately after closer review. I don't have any other radios with banks to confirm my UI change doesn't cause regressions on other radios.
