[chirp_devel] Yaesu FT2D fix for DTMF storage

This fix changes both ft2d.py and it’s parent ft1d.py. No change was required to ftm3200d.py that also inherits from ft1d.py. Again, I cannot run tox, so haven’t done a formal test, although I successfully loaded the test images for ftXd in the test section.
