The Yeasu VX-8DR inherits much of its settings from the Yaesu VX-8R. The VX-8DR has 9 choices for TX Delay but the inherited setting for the VX-8R only has 7. So if either of the additional choices is selected in the VX-8DR radio itself, the choice will be out-of-range and the Settings tab in CHIRP does not display.
This patch adds support for the 9 TX Delay selections for the VX-8DR.
