[chirp_devel] TS-480 Bugs and Feature

Working Kenwood TS-480 issue #8297 with the user in Virginia, we have uncovered another small bug and he has requested a Settings additional feature. Should I submit these as 3 separate patches/issues or combine the bug fixes?
