[chirp_devel] Another TH-D7AG fix - memory name length #2141

This model can handle 8 character memory names. Unfortunately I don't have an older TH-D7A (non-G) to see if it can also handle 8. I coded a short fix that applies to the TH-D7A(G) only.

I can now enter names such as “W7MIR-10” without issues.
