[UI] add "tone->" to acceptable cross tone mode

Hmm, this is just "Tone" mode, right? Is there ever a case where we could have Tone=Cross and CrossMode=Tone-> ? Or is this just so that people can select it that way? It will convert to regular Tone mode when they refresh in most cases, right?
