I see everything in chirp memory map for this radio is offset +8 from radios memory due to storing the ident response as a header in the chirp file.
I'm thinking the .adj (what the service menu "save" spits out) is actually bytes 0x1808 onwards in the chirp memory map.
I just submitted a patch to extend my bitdiff.py tool to covert to/from those .adj/.dat formats it spits out to raw bin/img.
This might make it easier to do testing, etc by grafting in certain byte blocks from chirp image to/from this "jujumao" software.
