[chirp_devel] [PATCH][BTECH] n7: Simplified the part for the extra id, fixes #3015

Some radios like the BTECH UV2501+220 (and others) has a second id. Just a special string on a high zone of the mem, I improved and simplified the handling of this extra ID for the BTECH UV2501+220.
