[chirp_devel] Options for Ubuntu focal an other distros with only python3?

Hi to all

What options we have to run Chirp over Ubuntu Focal (with no python2) ?

There is any standalone option (portable/appimage/snap/etc) ?

If not I can try to generate a portable app (pyinstaller) or a appimage if needed.
