[chirp_devel] Test code for a suspected Baofeng clone

I have a Golden Spring GS-UVF9 handheld that works a lot like a baofeng. It is 2m, 1.25m capable but has only a black and white display.

I've tried a bunch of differnt makes and models and can't get it to respond to a programming "magic word", even though the display does react. A serial monitor shows no response to read.

Is there a utility in Chirp that will cycle though a known list of program/read commands?

The old programming software for this radio is not available, and was not stored on the "wayback" machine. TH700?
