[chirp_devel] [patch] [AnyTone778UV] Extended to support RT95

Attached patch adds support for the Retevis RT95 to the AnyTone778UV driver. Verified with help from Derek and Michele to run on the RT95.

There's also support for the CRT Micron UV, which _should_ work, the identification string is in the vendor software save image attached to the issue, but I've not been able to verify. That's enabled in the attached patch, is that the right approach, or would it be better left disabled for now?

I also attach images for the two new radios, but they're just copies of the AnyTone_778UV.img - tests pass, but is that OK?
