Changes for Build #789 [Dan Smith dsmith@danplanet.com] Fix the bjuv55 driver mangling the uv5r driver's list of steps

This driver was importing and then mangling the uv5r.STEPS variable, which made it incorrect for use in get_features(). This patch makes it copy the list before doing so.

Thanks for finding the root cause of this problem. I tried to figure it out but didn't quite look hard enough. I also didn't have any success with solving the STEP error that is being generated for those trying to program their UV-6R.
