So people ... my patch is to be applied after this one http://chirp.danplanet.com/attachments/134/wouxun_menu_lock.patch from Dan.
Yep ... I figured that out about a minute before receiving your email.
Report: your patch looks very good. "Menu available" was unchecked when I connected to my radio. I (gulp) dared to check it and upload. And my radio menu button now works.
