is the Supported Radios Wiki generated automatically, or does it require manual intervention?

It's not. The model_support file for each build is, but it's way too detailed for the front page, so we hand-edit those. I usually look to driver authors to make those changes as they're usually more familiar with what variants all work with a single driver, etc.

So yeah, please feel free to edit that page to add your Yaesu radios and the QYT alias you know about.
