Hi to all.

I have expressed my concern about USB-serial driver in the past on Windows OS, with strange behaviors that makes Chirp behaves differently on windows than Linux.

Yesterday a user helping me on the development of a driver for Chirp, found a bug/feature that may be of interest of the Chirp developers.
