Patch attached adds support for another AnyTone 778UV clone, the Yedro YC-M04VUS. Thanks to Fernando Sclavo for making it work, I just copied and pasted.
Fernando mentioned he had some difficulty getting a patch to send to the list - I couldn't see his mail, but please excuse me and ignore this if it's a duplicate.
