[chirp_devel] [PATCH 0 of 1 ] BF-888 BCL and Scramble - Third try (and last I hope)

I forget to refresh the patch in my queue before sending the second try, as result a not bool(setting.value) was in the code insted of the right not int(setting.value).

Really hope this is the last try ....
