[chirp_devel] VX2r update (nothing to report)

Hi all,

I moved apartments and have been setting up my workspace again. Unfortunately I have nothing further to report. I have tried my 3V3 and 5V FTDI chip interfaces and neither work. I can receive data, but I cannot transmit, so the radio halts at the first block.

It worked once, but I haven't been able to reproduce that.

I will now try to add a transistor buffer on the transmit line (from the FTDI chip). Maybe it can't pull down hard enough. I did run the FTDI chip utility to turn on the high-current output drive, but no effect.

Yes, I could buy an interface, but that will teach me nothing.
