[chirp_devel] need help adding new radio support

Is there any developer willing to work with me in adding new support for two radios? IC-2710h and IC-2730a. I've got software for both and have sniffed the serial traffic using Portmon. I'm not sure what to do with that information, however.

I'm an experienced Linux sysadmin, but am not a developer. Ideally I'd like to learn how to do this stuff so that I can contribute more in the future, but if somebody wants to do it while I feed you the data you ask for, I can work like that (and possibly learn from it).
