I couldn't figure out how to contact Matthew Poletiek, who created a branch off the Mercurial repository and hosted it on GitHub, so I created my own.
I branched off Matthew's, updated it to his latest, and pushed all my changes to:

As I understand it, by default run_tests.py will scan for the *.img files in the tree and run tests for each one it finds. So if you've got run_tests.py working, you should be running all those tests already.
