[chirp_devel] Multiple icom sub models

Hi all! I've seen the update on #280 and thought to implement it. Making a class for IC-W32E derived from W32A is a couple of code lines BUT the two models would have the very same file format breaking the match_model magic

I looked at the W32A image and I don't identify any model signature in it.

Any suggestions? I'm very tempted to add model id (4 bytes) at the end of new IC-W32E file ....
