Jim Unroe caught an oops. autopep8 does most of the work but some of the lines were still longer than 80 chars and this has now been fixed. Please disregard my first patch for #4161.

Gah, I already applied the first one before seeing this. Can you rebase on tip and send any deltas that still need fixing?
