[chirp_devel] Supported Radios Status

Is is appropriate to add an entry to the 'Supported Radios' Wiki page denoting that a new radio driver is in progress? I'm about to start on the FT-450D and I know there are many users waiting for it (#951, #3621). I will change the status of those requests, but I don't think many users navigate that far...
