Thanks Dan for your mail. I'm attaching a new version. With this one I can:

* Read the image (works 90% of the times)
* Write the image (not very tested) (weird thing it seems to work fine with chirpc but not from the gui (in linux, windows seems ok) )
* Edit the memory channels
* Read some radio settings

Regarding the copyright, I've added Alan's name and mine. I've left yours because I believe the original code was copied from other driver.

I'll keep you posted with the updates,

decoding the data, feel free to ask here and we may be able to provide
you some pointers.
