I implemented all of the regular bank methods to make bank mappings actually work.

The only thing there before was bank naming code - it wasn't really functional, and I suspect it was actually causing some odd issues for folks.

I believe trailing spaces are legal for bank names in the radio, but I guess chirp doesn't like it?
