I recently received an Anytone AT-3318UV-D radio from Import Communication (Wouxun.us)

I did not see support for it in Chirp, so I wanted to check to see if anyone is working on adding support for those radios.  If not, I can start working on reverse engineering a memory dump.  It looks like the protocol is very similar to the Anytone AT-5888UV mobile radios, so the memory structure may also be similar.
