[chirp_devel] [PATCH][BTECH] n8: Fixed a bug on the upload (BTECH UV2501+220), fixes #3015

The BTECH UV2501+220 has a trick on the upload, it must push an ACK and get two bytes, ending with an ACK; this just before the data upload.

Also the first block of data to upload must no start with an ACK.
