[chirp_devel] [Correction] Minor PEP8 cleanup for some drivers. Fixes #4161.

Jim Unroe caught an oops. autopep8 does most of the work but some of the lines were still longer than 80 chars and this has now been fixed. Please disregard my first patch for #4161.

All regular "run_tests" tests still pass.
