- Fixes a bug where moving a memory did not update bank membership.

 - Speeds up loading of medium complexity memory images from ~70 seconds to ~3 seconds.

It does not retain bank membership when a memory is moved, however I can't find any support for this in any of the radio drivers.  I would like to add support for that.  What are your thoughts?
